1. Our Website & Your Use

1.1 Website Access: You may browse our site for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited license to access and shop.

1.2 User Obligations: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You must not misuse the site (e.g., through hacking, scraping, or introducing malware).

1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.

2. Products & Services

2.1 Product Description: We curate versatile, high-quality activewear, including leggings, athleisure, running clothing, yoga wear, and accessories. Every effort is made to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

2.2 Availability: All items are subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

2.3 Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the health and safety of our community, certain items (e.g., Accessories, Caps & Hats) are marked as final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. They do not include international duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted when the order is placed.

3.4 Order Changes/Cancellations: Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters processing (1-2 business days).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.

5.2 Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Non-returnable items include accessories, caps/hats, final sale items, and anything not in original condition.

5.3 Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within 15 days. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and address.

5.4 Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges: Subject to stock. We cover re-shipping for size/colour exchanges.

5.6 International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees for the returned package. Declare as “Returned Goods” to minimise duties.

5.7 Damaged/Faulty Items: Contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement or refund.

All content on this site (logos, text, images, product designs) is owned by The Sports Edit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Liability & Limitations
