We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your curated activewear to you efficiently and reliably.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way.
Note for International Customers: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local authorities.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be straightforward.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including any dust bags or boxes).
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons, as listed in our ‘Accessories’ menu category).
- Caps & Hats (for hygiene reasons, as listed in our ‘Caps & Hats’ menu category).
- Any item not in its original, new condition (with signs of wear, washing, or damage).
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion (clearly marked at purchase).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Await Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and our warehouse return address in Aberdeen.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Notify Us: Once shipped, reply to our email with your tracking number.

4. Refunds & Credits
Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.
5. International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties for the returned package. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to minimise duties. Refunds will be issued in GBP (£), and your bank will handle any currency conversion.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order details. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
