Our Returns Policy in Detail

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including any dust bags or boxes).

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (as listed in our menu, for hygiene reasons).
  • Caps & Hats (for hygiene reasons).
  • Any item that is not in its original, new condition (with signs of wear, washing, or damage).
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion (will be clearly marked at purchase).

Note: Our analysis of the site menu indicates that ‘Accessories’ and ‘Caps & Hats’ are distinct categories. These are considered personal items and are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons, aligning with our commitment to community well-being.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Await Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address for our warehouse in Aberdeen.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  4. Notify Us: Once shipped, reply to our email with your tracking number.

5. Refunds & Credits

Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.

6. International Returns

As we serve a global community, customers outside the UK are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties for the returned package. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to minimise duties. Refunds will be issued in GBP (£), and your bank will handle any currency conversion.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/fault and your order details. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund for you.
